My name is Gerardo Ortiz. I was born in the 80's. I’m mexican.

I’ve been interested in photography all my life but it was not until slightly more recent times, that I have started taking photography seriously.

I found photography like a real way to express a feeling with the art involved, for me, photography is like painting with light, as "simple" as that.

I devote myself to photography in many forms: portraits, landscapes, fine-art, etc. I’m not the photographer who just likes one type of photography, I don’t know what to shoot, I don’t know what do I like/dislike to shoot, I just try to record those moments and events that capture my attention and fill me as a photographer.
