I am a Japanese woman living in northern Indiana with my Swedish American husband and a daughter who was born in 2005 in Japan. I had been working as a handicraft designer for ten years in Japan. After I published some craft and sewing books in Japan, I married and moved in the US in 2005. I was so busy adapting myself to the new life in the foreign country and raising my girl for years. I kept making things little by little. Now I feel I settled in and have some more time to do what I was doing in Japan. I am going to start my creative living again.
