I try new things in order to improve my photographs with every shot. I mostly shoot my two boys, but am occasionally able to capture other images as well.

I shoot with a Canon EOS 50D that I purchased when I grew annoyed with my 5 year old digital rebel. Until recently, I had been using the Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Standard Zoom Lens that I purchased with the 50D. For Christmas I bought myself the Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 prime lens and that's really opened up some new options for me.
