I travel to anywhere and everywhere ... and take pictures of anything and everything ... of plants, animals, sunsets and snow ... places, faces, wherever I go ... cats and mushrooms and clouds in the sky ... and anything quirky that catches my eye!

Until I went digital, I used (and loved!) a Canon EOS 500N - most of my scanned photos were taken using that. I could not afford to buy the digital version, so I have been trying out various compact cameras. Still liking Canon ...

And Santa brought me a slide scanner ... so I have been busy converting my father's collection of old slides (some going back to the 1940s) into a more visual format.

As for my photo collection ... I use Flickr as an additional photo storage system. If my computer goes bang, my photos don't vanish with it. So please excuse the quantity...

But if any of my photos make people smile, that makes me smile too ... :-)
