Well there is so much to write about myself. I am dead, but not forgotten. My art lives on through my grandchildren and children too. I was an architect, published writer, teacher, pharmacist, painter, photographer, toy maker, wine maker.... I spoke many languages; french, spanish, italian, german, russian.... My favorite place in the world was France. I adored the french and they in turn loved me. Although I am gone, my art lives on through my family. Please enjoy my photostream.

Dr. Charles Robert O'Neal... has provided us all one of the most beautiful photographic collections for view on Flickr and has provided me with a yardstick of skill and empathy to hope to attain with the people I photograph. These photographs are a real masterclass and all teach me more than elements of the photographic craft alone. Every moment is infused with the era they were taken in and yet are utterly timeless... the emotions translate so perfectly. I feel the man himself... his own unique artistry but in no way does that infringe upon the subjects - they are preserved unadulterated by ego, they exist of themselves and reach out through time... each and everyone a hand aching to be held, a story yearning to be heard. Wonderful, inspirational, captivating images - Thanks Doc : )
