Most pics I have on Flickr are of my scrapbooking hobby crafts (notably homemade cards) - I want something specific when I send a card and, after being frustrated with commercial cards, I decided to start making them! I have all those fun things, the large Cricut, the Cropodile (II), the Fiskars Embossing plates and tray, all those little doo-dads (hole punches, embellishments, etc.) and LOTS of paper and designs! It's relaxing in my free time and an outlet for my creativity (or lack thereof?!! :) I make cards specifically for whomever and whatever the occasion. I made my own Christmas cards this past season and, while it took nearly 3 months to get them all completed, I enjoyed it SO much! (took that long because I only do this as a hobby in free-time) ... It's difficult sometimes to come up with ideas so I would look at others' creations for inspiration, hence, I decided to share MINE so others can have the same examples, as I did. Hopefully, something I've created can inspire another to create something pretty and useful! Thanks to everyone who has shared in helping, unknowingly, develop my styles of creating little pieces of amatuer art!
