I have been interested in photography since I was a child. I have spent my time in a darkroom and played with the papers and chemicals a lot. Then other things took my time and photography was only a way to document things.

Now in the last couple of years I have decided to take this a bit more seriously and learn a bit more. My ambition is not to become a professional, but I would like to learn to take at least decent pictures. My other activities, extensive traveling, skiing and being part of a team organising Safaris in Africa give a lot of synergy to photography. I love nature and wildlife and there are not many things that beat going around in African bush or jungle taking pictures of the lovely animals.

One of my goals is to start a underwater photography seriously. I have been scuba diving since 12, but not really been able to combine these two things as yet.

I have tried to set up a studio for the last two years, but it is still in process. Eventually I will have it.

I think the best way of learning is to get feedback from people that are better than you. I really appreciate any comments and ideas that you might have.
