My last update was November 28, 2023. Now January 2025 and I feel it's time.

 

The last year has been distracting for me-mostly the guy side which is like 99% however my IRL Sandy days stayed true and fantastic though photos and online activity waned substantially. I am hoping to be a little better on posting photos and replying to comments in 2025. Will likely post photos from later last year before my newest. Out of time to finish more today but will add asap...

 

About me

  

Sandy is my escape, safety valve and psychologist. Temporarily becoming Sandy is a great way to forget about life's everyday trials. It's very emotionally satisfying for me to dress, I’m carefree, Upbeat, Girly, Flirty and Fresh when I do so. Sandy lives in the moment, no future, no past, just enjoying the details at hand. I'm at an extremely comfortable place in my life as Sandy but my evolution/journey will definitely continue. It started very slow as I struggled with this unique side so in early 2009 I decided to have a professional Transformation to see what was possible. That day was a major turning point and I have not looked back or slowed down since. I knew things would change after that day and I would progress but did not imagined how far I have gone and what I have done in a relatively short time. I am very happy to have two wonderful sides and have no plans to ever be Sandy full time though more time in fem would be nice. I am happily married, 66 years old and living in the Pacific Northwest area of Washington.

 

Being a very positive person and not one to sit on the sidelines has brought tremendous rewards for me. My time is very limited and precious to me but I am a very real time person and typically forgo my time on a PC to "Save up" for in person experiences. I enjoy helping others (especially local) to evolve in this special side we share.

 

My future? I plan to live my life as Sandy as often as possible and enjoy it to the fullest as I continue to push where I go and what I do. I have one very specific goal in which I have struggled with relating to my evolution and that is my voice. It seems I am hampered with the time and place to do this. I have been thinking about going to a professional with the premise of “if I pay for it I'm going to do it” but find it difficult to spend money on something I can work on myself. Do you have a suggestion/recommendation???

 

What Sandy likes to do?

Well anytime in fem is awesome for me. I am extremely comfortable in my fem side, so much so that there are essentially no limits other then areas deemed non safe. I love going to my special place to get ready and have been welcomed by those there as family. I'm not sure you could ask for more and have written about this in my rarely posted blogs (FYI, I have scanned and posted a few). For about 7 years each time I go out I write a diary with the basics of where and what I did including my outfit though most diaries are kept private. Once I'm dressed I go out in the world as a female and do whatever I like. This might be shopping for clothes, female, male or gifts and I love our local waterfront and often go for a glass of wine or lunch. Also on the list could be a museum visit, test drive a car or attend an event, whatever catches my fancy. Top on my list though is meeting up with any of my awesome friends or someone new. My favorite town was Portland though I have not been out as Sandy there since COVID and the downturn of safety and major upturn of disgusting homeless people living on sidewalks. Things are starting to look better and I hope to have some fun new times out soon.

 

How long will this last before I hang up my bra??? I really don't know but if I ever get to the point where I physically can't dress to the degree I like this will likely be the end or so I think now.

 

I also love being a guy. I love everything about it and as a guy, I love women-I love everything about them, physically and emotionally. They are beautiful, graceful, fun, very sexy and lucky to wear such pretty and sexy things if they want.

 

Best Things I Spent Money on for Sandy

1) A professional transformation. Unquestionably the very best thing. I went to Over the Rainbow Transformations (OTR)

 

2) Makeup Lessons. Again at OTR. Ability to wear makeup and correct makeup was the boost needed to head out in public.

 

3) Quality makeup and brush set

 

4) Follow up Makeup Lessons. OTR once again. To catch any bad habits I had developed.

 

5) Good clothing including foundations, proper sized breast forms, outerwear, wig, accessories, shoes etc...

 

Why am I on flickr?

About my photos posted here. Every photo or blog post is the real me and or others. I use no photo editing programs with the exception of removing something in the background that is private or possibly blocking the face(s) of someone else who wishes to remain unseen. The tell tails of time is mine, the makeup is mine where I'm at is real etc.

I enjoy the groups here relating to cross dressing and meeting others with the same interests even if far away. I’m also looking for real time meetings with other CD’s. I try getting out about 4 times a month. I am not looking for dates with men, take no offense but I prefer to spend time with other CD's and TG's however if you see me out and want to say hi and talk I am fine with that. While I love photos I’m not too good at taking and posting…it seems as I have become so comfortable out and about it just doesn’t occur to stop for a photo-I mean do you go around taking photos of yourself as a guy when you’re out shopping or at a restaurant??? I keep saying I will get better!!!

I co-host a Girls Lunch Out-Are you interested? About ever other month a couple of us host a lunch with a group of girls in our area for some casual and social fun. If you are the slightest bit interested please contact me. I am also very willing to meet privately or in public (preferred) if you would like.

 

The Pacific Northwest is a special place for this lifestyle. Besides the fantastic people in our area there are wonderful organizations and several social clubs that could be of interest to you.

 

Contacts, Friends and Blocking…I am pretty open to who I add as a Contact or Friend. If you don’t care for me to be a Contact or Friend of yours please send a quick flickr mail and say so verses Blocking. I will have no problem changing the status. As time goes on I am more selective of who I add as a friend so please have something in your profile about yourself. It could be as simple as I am a CD, TG, closeted CD or admirer of CD’s. I especially like to be friends with those local to my area! The more details you have the better. If you are a male I am not really interested in seeing private parts!!! Something that kind of bugs me-Face apps-HUM, while the concept and what can be achieved is amazing it is not my thing at all. Actually turns me off and sometimes seems creepy. I am not judging anyone who does this and posts content but I will not add that person as a Friend or Follow if everything they post is this way. Every photo I post is real and the people are untouched so you get the real me/us with flaws and reality. Photoshop to me is removing personal/private info or blocking out strangers or someone who does not wish to be in picture

 

Comments and Favorites…I love comments and it's fine if you add any photo as a Favorite without a comment. I don’t understand some people who post photos on flickr (a photo sharing site) but don’t want to have them added as favorites unless you leave a comment or have some other stipulation. Most of us have rather busy lives and don’t necessarily want to leave a comment on all photos they enjoy.

It is rare that I will reply back with a thanks after your post, not that I don't appreciate this but my life is super busy and I have little pc time.
