I have been a serious artist / photographer for more than 20 years... and have headed design departments for media. I have also been an automobile enthusiast all my life, and have owned numerous collectible automobiles. This is not about me, but only to qualify my opinion that in the world of automotive photographers, Amaury is among a literal handful - the top five - of the very best in the world, published or not. He is a master of selecting the right car, showing it in the right position to emphesize the car's design strengths and appeal, and creating a dynamic and dramatic composition that makes for an extremely strong photographic image. And that's only the part of it...Amaury's amazing signature style combines expertly selected coloring applied to carefully enhanced black & white images. Others have colorized B&W car shots, especially supercars, but so very few of the others I've seen display anything close to the artistry that make Amaury's work so masterful. Looking at one of his pieces immediately indicates that he is good...very, very good...but looking at a few more of his B&W auto images shows that he has his own unique and amazing design style...and so I await his next next images with much anticipation! - Bob Boisson
