My first photograph was taken with a Zeiss Ikon Rangefinder in the Mammoth Caves of Kentucky some forty years ago. I can still see the black and white images in my minds eye and the sense of magic felt then remains with me, as strong as ever, today.

I am an amateur whose enthusiasm far outstrips his skills. Somehow, I hope that balance never changes.

And that is what you find herein, part of my peregrination.
