The Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club, chartered in 1992, adopted the East Gallatin Recreation Area (now Glen Lake Rotary Park) as one of its first community service projects, working with local agencies to clean up, add infrastructure, and beautify the park. The club has since earned numerous awards for its contributions to vocational, community, and international service, administering nearly $250,000 annually to support local and global projects, including Polio eradication, literacy initiatives, and aid for low-income residents and disaster victims.
