Philosophy:

I understand the desire to acquire the best gear you can. But even the worst camera maker out there (as far as DSLR's go) with the worst lenses are better than the camera's and lenses my biggest influences used. When I first really started getting into photography as a hobby I read an interview with Henri Cartier-Bresson in a magazine, not knowing who he was and that he had recently passed away. When asked about the technicals and the light he retorted in his characteristic way; "the light I never worried about the light, I just shot the picture!" Basically saying, just get out and shoot and find yourself! When you're ready for better gear; Leica, Cannon, Nikon, and Pentax will be waiting for you. ;)
