Even though Vic has been constanly blowing up my mailbox with FM's begging me to come hang out in Detroit for a weekend of shooting and evil shenanigans, he's also been a very cool contact to follow as well as to have following my photostream! I used to think that his work was kinda far out there and wondered what was going thru his head with the shots he was posting. Now I can honestly admit that his work is....well...REALLY FAR OUT MAN! I really enjoy seeing all of his work that is posted as well as reading all his whitty comments. Vic's style and approach to photography/graphic design/editing has made me step back and take a look at my own work and see what adjustments I can make. If you don't like Vic's work, then you need to re evaluate your morals and standards and see the light....or take a flying leap!

You can be sitting in a bar with him having casual conversation and he will come up with off the wall ideas of photo sets that turn out better than he can explain in words. First, Vic is an amazing photographer and graphic artist. His processing is always just spot on and every shot looks like it should be in a magazine. I have tried weak copies of so much of his stuff ( from wearing a wrestling mask in a tub, photoshopping reflections in sunglasses, to plain ole trying to stealing his processing style) it is embarrassing. He is an unique, creative, and talented artist. Second, this dude is one badass mofo! He is the first guy I would pick to be on my side in a bat fight. But it does not stop there...he is also sweet, genuine, encouraging and funny as hell. Um...yeah....i like him a whole lot!

This guy is one of my all-time favorite people on Flickr. I haven't known him for more than a few months but in that time I've been constantly inspired by his processing, photography, and the amazing textures that he makes. His graphic design skills are ridiculous, sense of humor incomparable, and head shiny. A perfect combination, if you ask me. A genuinely nice guy that always has something encouraging to say.
