I am the mother of 2 boys, Jordan 20 and Devin 12. My eldest suffers from severe autism. I started baking to find comfort in dealing with my son's autism. He seemed to like me being in the kitchen so I decided I might as well learn something to do there. I am self taught and am an amateur hoping to be a pro! I am continuously amazed by all the talented cake decorators on Flickr!! You all inspire me and have my jaw dropping open looking at your photos!! I love how encouraging everyone is to one another and aspire to be as good as all of you one day!
