I'm a 37 year old wife, mom, and college student. I've been married for twenty years to my husband Jason, we have two amazingly wonderful children.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist and currently work at a local hospital where I have been employed for seven years.

I am pursuing my BS degree in Health and Wellness, and will begin working towards my Masters in Public Health Education in early 2013. I have a passion for health and wellness and it is my desire to educate others in the benefits of healthy living. My main goal is to share with others the importance of health and wellness for not only body, but mind and spirit as well.
