I'm pretty eclectic about what kinds of photographs I take and how I choose to manipulate them or not. I'm constantly learning new things and go through different phases from time to time. Generally I don't have too many pictures of other people since I'm not that extroverted (except for my wife who often falls victim to the gaze of my D50), and don't post self portraits for the same reason.

I'm a bit of a mix. Born in Paramaribo, Surinam, raised in Eugene, Oregon, educated in Portland and San Francisco and now working in the Hague and living in Amsterdam. Married to a Sicilian. I try to take my camera with me whenever I can.

In addition to Flickr, I like to put my pictures on Google Earth (mostly non-touristic shots of less travelled places) using the website Panaramio. These photos, dear to my heart, wouldn't make Explore in a million years. The link is below.
