I was your friend when I went overseas in the Military during the war and now I am retired military and you are still my friend. Thank you Terry. I like most of Earl's photographs, and some of Terry's too. However, I have a problem with Terry's nude portraits. Why? Because she has ruined me for every other woman on Fiickr. I like women. There is a virtually endless array of photographs of very pretty nude women on this site; ranging from glamor to cheesecake to pornography. (Trust me, I've done my , ahem, "research".). But I realize now that I did not really know the meaning of "erotic", until I saw Terry. It took me a while to figure out why I found her photographs so beguiling. I mean, sure, she has beautiful red hair (my favorite hair color), soulful eyes and a body a woman half her age would kill to have, but that wasn't it.. The problem with all the other photos of nude women is that they are taken by men. Men are pigs; give them some T&A and they're happy. But Terry brings a woman's sensibility to her nudes. I guess it take a woman to show a man what real sexuality looks like. The kicker, however, is that Terry is both the artist and the art. But, her total control of her photographs,which purport to "reveal" who she is (in more ways than one), reminded me of the words to that old Billy Joel song: 'She only reveals what she wants you to see She hides like a child, But she's always a woman to me" :: I just love enigmas.

Wow where to start? It says bearsgonebad will have a chance to review this testimonial before it is published so not to say anything rude or nasty.....forget it then...LOL Just kidding my Big Brother. When I first joined flickr I was looking for pictures of the Pacific Northwest specifically the Oregon coast and up pops the most amazing images from bearsgonebad. Terry and Earl have a uncanny sense of capturing the seascapes so that they look like you are there...amazing. Their photostream is very entertaining...always a new and different medium not to mention Terry's beautiful artistic nudes. Their stream is well worth watching slide-show on black. I was blessed to get to meet them both and spend a few days. They are both the most thoughtful,kind and caring people. I look forward with much anticipation of being able to spend more time with them and and honored they call me friend. Love you both xoxoxo Kelly
