Hi im Gary my friends call me Gaz either is fine.

I just love taking photos anything anywhere. I have always enjoyed photography, i used to own a nikon SLR and remember the dissapointment every time i had a roll of film developed and viewed them for the first time, there would maybe 2 or 3 of them being any good. The advent of the digital camera changed all that dissapointment and revitalised my appertite to take photos again. I have had many a point and shoot camera but towards the end of 2010 i treated myself to my first DSLR a Panasonic DMC G2 and since 2012 i upgraded to a Canon 60D. Hopefully my images are of a quality everyone can enjoy.

I process all my photos in Lightroom 3 and then i might make a few tweaks in Photoshop CS5

Photography for me is about capturing moments in time that i experience, and relaying that in a picture. I am by no means an expert with Photoshop i am just a basic user that can make the odd tweak, I look in awe at the quality of other Flickr images and would love to be of the same ability, unfortunately colour blindness (reds, greens and browns) can be a hindrance so please excuse me if some of my images dont quite look right they do to me LoL. But as always problems can be overcome, I usually ask my wife to take a look before i post my images to keep me in check! the odd image might slip quality control when she isnt around at the time of posting though.

I always try to comment on everyones photostreams who comment on mine I also like to read your profiles its nice to know a bit about you before I look at your photostream, so to those who dont have anything in your profile, come on guys put something it only takes a few minutes!
