Carl Kriigel learned the love for photography from his father, Robert Kriigel. At age 15, Carl received his first SLR 35mm film camera (Pentax K1000), which allowed him to turn every high school and college project into a photography presentation. He has won numerous awards for his photographs including Best of Show in the U.S. Military competition in Europe. Carl is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer (CW4).
