A 5th generation Florida cracker who loves cornbread, fried pork and fish wth grits or rice. I have fished the entire state both fresh water an salt water. I have hunted most of the state as well. Former Executive Director of the Florida League of Anglers, started and hosted 3 fishing and outdoor radio shows. I have written for Florida Sportsman and Salt Water magazines, plus many other national and state wide magizines. I have also written under the name of "The Gulf Gourmet " and "Fishes ∧ Fixins" Published "Florida Fishing Magazine". I currently write the fishing report for the (now the webb version) Tampa Tribune Newspaper (for the past 22 years). Owned and operated a seafood restaurant in Orlando Florida in the 60's and still enjoy cooking. I hold several propritory food items. I am currently writing a historical novel based upon my Great grandfather and grandfather's lives in early Florida.
