I'm an amateur photographer living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I purchased my first DSLR in Jan '08 and have been taking pictures like a madman ever since.

I take shots of pretty much anything, but nature, especially birds, is what I enjoy most, raptors being my favorite.

Since the end of 2017, birds have taken a backseat and planes and airports have become my main focus.

These days, I shoot with a Nikon D780. I also have a Nikon D500, Nikon D7200 and Nikon D7100 as backups. My Nikon D300S and D80 have been retired.
