I started my journey in photography in 1981 when I bought my first camera, a Pentax ME Super with a 50mm f1.7 lens. I now have about 250 cameras as I have become a collector/hoarder of cameras. I used my film cameras up until the early 2000s then went over to digital as most photographers did. I have about 10 digital cameras but I got back into film cameras after my good friend Les gave me his late wives Canon AE 1 and I started back using film. I know have 35mm, 120 and 4x5 cameras and use them all or at least I intend too get round to using them all and repairing the ones that need it. I also do my own developing, black and white and colour. I am planning on getting into alternative printing such as salt prints and cyanotypes when I move to a new house and will set up a space to do printing.

I am now retired and currently live in Dartford Kent UK.
