Hello and welcome to my flickr profile. I'm a 70 year old man who grew up in SW Detroit. I now live north of Ann Arbor. I am a retired electrician with many years working and travelling all over the US and Canada. Being single, I have a lot of time to shoot and plan camera trips. I live near 2 state parks that are abundant in wildlife. I like to take camera hikes to see what I can find. I like going to NY state to shoot waterfalls in all four seasons. Birds are my real passion though. I shoot a Nikon Z9 and a variety of lenses long and wide (listed below). Digital photography is very rewarding and fun and fulfilling. I plan on shooting a lot more through a long retirement. I am also a lifelong coin collector and bicyclist having pedaled over 25,000 miles.
