Vincent, my husband is a thirty five year old father and Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. After he graduated in 2004 from the California School of Culinary Arts we started Have It Confections. While we were starting up he was a cake decorator at Whole Foods Market. He gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and we have used that knowledge to build a successful business.
I'm Bethany and I handle everything else, marketing, promos, advertising, shipping, packaging, the bags, the gift cards. When I'm no working or caring for our daughter, I am getting my degree in Art History.
We're up to date on all modern health and safety standards. Vincent and Bethany are both Serv-Safe Certified in the State of California and Oregon. Chef V prepares all of our caramels in a licensed commercial kitchen.
We work tirelessly to create new and unique flavors that all will enjoy. We've sold my caramels in California and Oregon and have built up quite a following. We have been strictly an off line company until September 2008. We decided to join the 21st century so we opened shop on Etsy.
