I'm a New Yorker. Born, raised, living. Technically, I belong to the "MTV Generation" but I never watched MTV when growing up. I was raised on Duck Tales and The A-Team.

 

Photography is something that I was always interested in, but never really had the time to immerse myself with. I kept borrowing my parents 1970s Mamiyas. Finally in grad school, after much research, I decided to purchase the Sigma SA-9. Five minutes later, the world stopped making 35mm SLRs and I was left in the dust yet again. But I loved the SA-9, and still do.

 

These days, I bounce between my Lumix point-and-shoots and my Sigma SD-14 DSLR, which was the natural successor to my SA-9.
