Took up Photography again back in 2004 when i spent 5 weeks in New Zealand. I did have a very old Zenith SLR and various lens, but due the all the extra weight and the prospect of having the cost of developing rolls and rolls of 35mm film, I opted to buy my first Digital camera. My budget at that time only allowed for me to buy a Sony compact 3.2mp camera. But it gave some reasonable results (some are shown here).

After an experience like that....and believe me New Zealand is an experience you will never forget :) The photography bug had bitten me again!

Since then my partner Dawn and I have upgraded our cameras and try to get out as much as we can and travel around the UK. My first DSLR was a Nikon D70, then a D80 and currently use a D7100. Dawn has had various cameras including various Fuji models. She now shoots with a Nikon 5300.

Landscapes are my passion, but i try to turn my hand to anything that catches my eye.
