Collections & Services

Kimbrough Library is open seven days a week when classes are in session, with digital resources accessible twenty-four hours a day over the campus network and the Internet.

Digital collections deliver over one million images and sound effects, thousands of articles in magazines, newspapers, and journals, and the contents of hundreds of well-known and specialized reference sources in electronic format.

Print volumes and periodical subscriptions cover art and design history, professional practice and liberal studies as do the large DVD and video collections. An extensive image collection is provided for faculty.

A New Acquisitions list is published every month.

Recommendations for the purchase of new materials can be submitted online.

Ringling College graduates have lifetime library privileges.

The Library is open to the public for art and design research. Local community users are invited to support the Library by joining the Ringling School Library Association, sponsors of the Town Hall lecture series.
