The 300 Fitness Games was created by the Executive Director and Founder of Fit Foundation, Mark Lowry, as a athletic competition and fundraiser for his charity, PROJECT: STOP OBESITY NOW to address the need for children and adults to become more active and improve health and lifestyle habits by providing an opportunity for the community to engage in a fitness competition benefiting a charitable cause.

The 300 Fitness Games is a 2-day event comprised of physical competition in various areas of strength, speed and endurance that supports the charitable organization, PROJECT: STOP OBESITY NOW created to provide information and the opportunity for all to be healthy and fit. 300 Competitors. 300 Reps. Three-hundred represents the goal number of participants in each 2-day event and the number of repetitions a competitor will complete over 3 or more challenges while timed . It is also the number in millions of obese adults, and therefore the reason for this fund raising program. 300 Fitness Games invites anyone who has a desire to test their physical strength in a competitive environment to participate in this event.
