Working with Amy on my CapChat custom was the most pleasurable experience I have had with any customizer. She is extremely professional, yet very approachable & easy to chat with. She allowed me to give her my ideas, without feeling like I was compromising her artistic integrity. She constantly followed up with photos & status updates. When she received my girl, she began working on her straight away (even though I told her there was absolutely no rush!). There was no delay, and she did not demand the fee upfront. She made sure that I was happy with every step she took thru photos & descriptions. Amy helped me do research to find the exact look I was going for. I honestly felt like I was the only customer she had going on~ she spent so much time devoted to me & "Salt" and "we" really felt like we got the royal treatment from her. I highly recommend Amy for any customizing/re-rooting projects. As a matter of fact, this is my 2nd Zaloa custom, and I'm on the waitlist for a re-root already! Finally, I have to mention...my girl, "Salt"...is AMAZING. Besides her beautiful OOAK customized eye chips & pull charms, her faceup & makeup is beautiful! I would like to say a few words about the wonderful Amy... I cannot believe how talented she is. Her custom dolls are supernaturally beautiful. They seem to glow with life! She really has a magic touch. I never could keep my eyes off of them when I first ran across her photostream, and I still come back to be continually impressed and delighted. And the custom handpainted eyechips she creates! I'm surprised people aren't kicking her door down to possess these! I'm being completely honest when I say I have never seen eyechips so beautiful. They shine like little jewels. Also, I wanted to say how much I appreciate the care and concerns she takes regarding everything... from the quality work she does on dolls to the careful, professional packaging for their trip home. She is a sweet, considerate and thoughtful person. She genuinely wants to make you happy, which is a rare quality in ANYONE these days! I loved corresponding with her while she worked on my doll! Amy (Zaloa27) was the person from whom I bid for and purchased her very first custom. I love Tuesday, who is an adorable white mohaired girl, made with love and perfection and I knew she would not be my last doll from Amy. Lo and behold, I comissioned my one and only personally hand created Blythe about a year later (summer-fall 2009!). Amy is the sweetest person to work with you just want to hug her. She is also almost psychic concerning understanding what you want and additionally her enthusiasm is contagious and poetic and bubbly. I was so happy working with Amy I wish I had a private stash of extra money so I could do this again IMMEDIATELY, even tho I love my Zephyr SO MUCH I don't need any more Blythes for a bit! I think Amy was a wondrous sculptress in another life--when I approached her with the premise of making a "duck billed" Blythe (she had never made one) she did it perfectly. Actually, she did everything perfectly. She is PERFECT in every way. She guided me in my choice of hair colors, and her beautiful eye chips, carefully hand painted by her, are going to make history. She is an amazing, talented artist and I love her to PIECES! My doll is spectacular!!!!
