OK my first DSLR Nikon D80 bought in Dec of 08. 9 months now, I no longer shoot in green box mode. I still have to figure out the hows and the whys of taking descent shots.
I'm getting a lot better than I was when I started, although I still suck compared with alot of what I see on this site.
