Born Birmingham in 1940.

Attended Rookery Road Infant, Junior and Senior (Secondary Modern) School from 1945 to 1955.

Further Education- Birmingham College of Arts & Crafts (Photography) and Garretts Green Technical College, Metallurgy.

Employment:

April to September 1955- Worked at Munns Brothers, Camden Street, Birmingham. Developing and Printing Films.

1955 to 1958- Apprentice Photographer and Metallographer in Metallurgical Laboratory of Birmetals Ltd. Woodgate.

Met Patricia Ann Eaton at Christmas dance 1956/7 given by Birmetals at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens Ballroom. Engaged to be married November 1957 and eloped to Gretna Green where we married on 7 JUL 1959.

1958 to 1970- Photographer, Royal Air Force:-

1958 to 1960- RAF Tech Training Publicity Department at RAF Wellesbourne Mountford, WAR.

1961 to 1964- No 3, Mobile Photographic Processing Unit, Royal Air Force Laarbruch, Germany.

1964 to 1965- Royal Air Force, St.Mawgan, Newquay, Cornwall.

1965 to 1968- No 8 MFPU, Royal Air Force, Bruggen, Germany

1968 to 1970- Joint Air Reconnaissance and Intelligence Centre (JARIC), Royal Air Force, Brampton, Huntingdon.

1970 to 1982- Camera operator at Photo Precision Ltd, St Ives, Huntingdon. Printers and Publishers.

1982-2005 Ditto at CL Enterprises Ltd. St.Ives, Huntingdon. Photolithography.

Now retired, still happily married and living near St.Ives Cambridgeshire.
