I started taking pictures after my first year of college in 2001 and have been hooked ever since. I started with a 1MP video camera and have since purchased and upgraded as I could afford even as student. Photography has become more than a hobby and a volunteer service that I have been able to offer. I began to make money, garner all expenses paid trips in 2007, and gain life-changing experiences. Although I do not plan to go full time with it at this time, It is a passion that I love pursuing, growing, and learning. As you will see in the variety of my work I have pursued a more rounded discipline of photography, and I continue to pursue work in areas where I am most interested in or challenged by. I continue to dream big about ways to experience this lifelong passion.

I joined the Flickr community in 2006 and found myself getting lost in a dream while looking through the periodical last 7 days of interestingness. Flickr has been a major place of inspiration and a great nurturing community of people who share this passion of photography.
