I'm at the age when there is a lot more time behind me than in front. From the age of about 7 I made up my mind I wanted to be artist and attended first Nottingham art school from the age of thirteen and went on to the college of art and crafts.

During a large chunk of my life other things took precedence over art but in the years that are left to me I'm trying to really give it a go again. When one is young innovation and invention is at its height but as age comes its much more difficult to be fresh and try new things, however I'm going to give it my best shot.

I've really enjoyed seeing other's work on flickr and appreciate the friendship of fellow artists, it has been a real stimulus for me.

I am part of a committee which runs thr CloudhopperGallery in Bognor Regis.The Gallery providesexhibition and workshop space to serve the local artistic community and promotes the visual art in the town

In October 2013 I became Artist In Residence for Hotham Park, a green space in the centre of Bognor Regis.
