For me there are 3 keys to photography...

1) >>Read your manual<< Get to know all the features that your camera has to offer.There often are many tricks,that can improve the quality of your shots.

there is, so much more beyond just point and shoot.

2)Through time and experience you have to learn control of your shutter speed,lighting,and depth of field.

3)Oh yes luck!! In order to be at the right place at the right time you need to practice patience,especially with wildlife.Of course there are spur of the moment shots but,If you know all of your camera menu's and features then you are on your way to being in the right place at the right time.

So for beginners,,,or if you have just bought a new camera be sure to read your manual !
