Hey all , im 37 yo. i was a bricklayer and construction worker most of my adult life. then there was an on the job injury, ruptered 2 discs. well 5 years later i have a severe nerve diseaase because of injury and am completely disabled. on good days i go out on my scooter and shoot everything i can , if im lucky the pain will let me shoot for 45 min or so. ive been into photography for a year and a half now. i used to be qutie the gardener , had close to 2500 plants in yard. thats becomre to much for me now, so i reap the rewards of my previous work with the endless flower pics i get. after shooting my 200 th purple coneflower pic i got sick of shooting the same things i stated noticing the bytterflies in my garden, and started shooting them aS WELL. NOW I SHOOT ANY NATURE GARDEN/FLOWER PICS AND INSECTS. I GOT TO FLORIDA A MONTH EACH YEAR , THERE I TAKE PICS ALL I CAN THIS YEAR I SHOT 1400 PICS THAT I DINT ERASE, LOL. HOPING SOON TO MOVE TO LEE OR COLLIER COUNTY IN FLORIDA, AS SOON AS SETTLEMENT TAKES PLACE AND HOUSE SELLS . WELLL THATS A LIL ABOUT ME . I CANT WALK MORE THEN 200 FEET NOW AM COUCH BOUND MOST OF THE DAY IN AGONIZING PAIN, BUT WHEN I START TO SHOOT MY PICS , I USE THE PAIN TO HELP ME CONCENTRATE AND LOOK MORE DEEPLY INTO EVERYTHING. PHOTOGRAPHY HAS GIVEN ME A PURPOSE IN LIFE NOW.
