I am a retired landscape archaeologist who spent her career advising on how to deal with the impact of new development on community heritage. I used my camera as a recording tool until I retired, when I began to look for subjects other than archaeological sites and historic structures.

I am married to a professional photographer and we both enjoy travelling in search of land- and townscapes and occasional wildlife. We are still exploring cold places, while we can, hoping to explore the warmer ones in our dotage!

One of my husband's specialisms is sports photography and I have included some of the images I have taken while working with him and learning from him.
