I'm a product of globalisation. A family that moved around the world, living in Asia and Africa for all my childhood - an experience that formed my inclination to be somewhat nomadic. Born in Wales I was torn from my birthplace at 6 weeks old, I've since lived and worked in 11 different countries and visited many more.

I'm a former journalist, a long time activist with various environmental and social change organisations, a sometimes blogger (when the mood takes me) and photographer of varying standard depending on the equipment I'm carrying and my levels of patience. When I'm not working I'm travelling, listening to music, walking, diving, volunteering and generally trying to educate myself and help improve the world around me. I normally live in Australia but am currently in Istanbul.
