I am a retired Manager, LIC of India, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

My mother tongue is Sourashtram.

I have done M.A. (Philosophy) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati and Diploma in Linguistics from Madurai Kamaraj University.I also know English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and a little Japanese.

I am interested in the development of my mother tongue Sourashtram. I am closely associated with Dr.Uchida Norihiko, a Japanese, hailing from KOBE, Japan and who has compiled Saurashtra-English Dictionary (1990).
