Hi, thanks for checking out my photostream. I am Dutch, working and living in Shanghai since '06, and really enjoying the life in China. Buying my first dSLR (D80 + Tamron 17-50, with thanks to my parents) and registering on flickr in mid '08 has sparkled my interest in photography. I really enjoy experimenting with photography, and hope by trying out new and different stuff, overtime I will be able to develop my own and unique style.

It is great seeing so many different people, styles and represented countries on flickr. The passion you feel for something is best when shared with others, so I hope you and me can become friends.

New: I have recently been busy adding Chinese descriptions to all my pictures (work in progress). Its a good way for me to advance in my study Chinese. If you find anything to be translated incorrectly, let me know, I appreciate any support in the process (struggle) trying to master the Chinese language.
