I am a very outgoing creative person. I am currently a junior studying art at Cedar Crest College. I have been studying art for the past three years, but I have been working on jewelry for the past five years and it has become my truest passion. As an artist I have also worked with painting, photography, and fashion design and construction. I have found overtime that metalworking is the best way of expressing myself artistically. In the jewelry field I have worked with casting metals and fabricating a variety of pieces. I have currently found myself working on forging metals and combining metals with found objects to create my designs. My inspiration for my art comes mostly from nature but I also incorporate manmade elements into my designs. I plan to continue and expand my experimentations with metalsmithing and other artistic mediums. I have lived in Palmerton, Pennsylvania my whole life and have grown up surrounded by many inspirational artists who have encouraged my to pursue my dreams.
