I'm the youngest (but tallest) of five girls born to parents who both served in the Navy during WWII. My husband retired from the Air Force and my oldest son is still serving. The military has been and is an important part of my life. We live in the country and I love to work in my yard and crochet. My husband is building our home while we live in it so the house is in a constant state of mess. My yard is my comfort zone. I love to sit in the swing and crochet and watch the sun set over the pasture while the cows beg me for a special treat but it is hard to stay there. Some plant or portion of the yard always calls me to activity.
