I'm a teacher by day, bellydancer and craftaholic by free time (mostly evenings).

I'm totally a cat person, but I'm currently a cat mama to a crazy tuxedo kitty named Violet (nicknamed The Kraken) and a cocker spaniel named Slick.

My favorite colors are purple and red...I'm not exactly a pastel kind of girl. (And I'm trying to learn to love yellow..after a traumatic adolescent wall paper argument with my mom...she won.)

I'd love to be a burlesque babe, but, given my work life, a bellydancer is as close as I'll get. I like me the shiny.

I live in a world of weird food allergies, but I love chocolate...and ice cream...and, um, eating. *cough* I'll always be a curvy dancer. Yay!

I travel a lot. I'm a photography junky, though you wouldn't know it by my craft photos. (Again, it's the whole doing it at night bit.)

I'm a bit of a hoarder. I love yarn, especially sock yarn...and fabric. My current faves are Tula Pink and Heather Ross. (I don't actually have much of Tula's older collections, but I love the Prince Charming line. I also like Lizzy House's lines, Lotta's lines, Lu Summer's Summersville, and Melody Miller. Also, gnomes!
