I have a full time job as Software Engineer in small company. We have 24 x 7 helpdesk that is rosted on weekly basis meaning I can be at work till real late once every 4 weeks.

 

I also AVON rep with big help from my husband. Every 3rd week is full time AVON on top of regular job.

 

And last but not least I make cakes. I have been baking as long as I can remember. My Mom was great cook. I learnt from her and got even better. I love to experiment, tend to use new recipe every time I make something. Majority of times I go without a recipe though ;)

 

For years my main baking equipment was a whisk. I even brought it with me when immigrated to Australia in 1994 and my first purchase in OZ was food processor. It’s mixer wasn’t meant to be used ;), so the whisk still had the job :).

 

I do not make cakes very often but love the experience. Love looking through my virtual friend’s work, sadly I’m not able to do it very often lately.
