I love this girl, I really do. Sure she’s charming and whimsical and linguistically adventurous, but that doesn’t really do justice to her everlasting appeal. She is the sum of many parts – wit, talent, heart, feverish artistry and sparkling inventiveness – and so much more than the sum of those parts. This girl will always respect you in the morning. This girl will take an idea and make it yours; make it dazzling. This girl will speak mock French to you until you swoon. This girl will tell you a yarn of epic proportions, that makes you laugh, makes you cry, makes you feel tickly all over. Through everything she is loyal. And she makes years ago feel like yesterday. If you are sad she will cook you magic cakes that light up your insides. If you are happy she will toast you with champagne. I love this girl, I really do.
