My life has taken me to many many different places: Born in Iraq (4 years), raised in the UAE (10 years), immigrated to Canada (18 years) and now living in Southern California (1 year & counting....)

I've been very fortunate to go many places around the world, I really wanted to capture the moments so I started out for with a Pentax Optio 555 (P&S) and I was just snapping away for years. After seeing a friend's version of the same idea I got really inspired to get into SLR photography. My public photostream is what I've learned over time from books, friends, online resources and many members here on flickr that share their techniques. Lately I've been really into HDR photography, I know its not everyone's cup of tea but I enjoy it.
