Samuel Programming and Design, Inc. has been in manufacturing business for over 15 years. The company was founded by Samuel Stoicescu who started as a machinist in his uncle’s shop and made his way to become one of the top CNC programmers and designers. We can read and translate any model format or make models from blueprints. We provide detailed set-up sheets that are simple to understand along with tool lists, tool holders, and custom tools with the necessary information. Our programs are designed to use common tools available in many shops or those which can be obtained from any supplier. We offer a full service on creating custom tooling and vacuum fixtures. The tooling also comes in CATIA models including set-up sheets and all the documentation to get built. We can build CATIA V5 R19 custom post processors for your machines from: 3ax - 8th axis. CATIA DESIGNER

A qualified candidate for this job would be someone who is able to Design 3D models from blueprints using CATIA V5 software. A minimum of 5 years experience required. Salary anywhere between $60-65/hour.

 

CATIA CNC PROGRAMMER

A qualified candidate would be someone who is able to program aerospace equipment and create CNC programs to manufacture parts using CATIA V5. Additional responsibilities include creating programs that will maximize the material utilization and machine productivity. Some of requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or CNC Computer Programming. We will consider an Associate’s Degree with minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace industry. Salary: $65-95/hour.

 

UNIGRAPHICS CNC PROGRAMMER

A qualified candidate would be someone who is able to program aerospace equipment and create CNC programs to manufacture parts using UNIGRAPHICS. Additional responsibilities include creating programs that will maximize the material utilization and machine productivity. Some of requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or CNC Computer Programming. We will consider an Associate’s Degree with minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace industry. Salary: $60-65/hour.
