I'm a self-taught pencil artist, who loves to draw portraits and figures. I'm a former drafter who just found out I could draw portraits & figures in 07. As for subject matter, I'm finding out I love old hollywood glamour shots, musicians/singers, fashion, dancers, movie scenes, romance and classic nudes. My media of choice are graphite, charcoal, and I've recently found that I love soft pastel (will post some pastel work soon). I prefer to draw freehanded, and therefore don't use grids...nothing against artists who use them, it's just my preference.
