I am a newspaper editor living in Maine with my beautiful wife. We enjoy traveling within the United States, spending time with our children and grandchildren, and serving Jesus Christ through various ministries at our church.

My great-grandfather served in the Army of Northern Virginia, hence my avid interest in the Civil War. We have visited most major battlefields east of the Mississippi.
