I like to take pictures. That pretty much sums up why I'm here.

I started getting serious about photography my freshman year in highschool, and have gotten more involved since. I'm a junior now, and continue to learn more.

99% of my photography, for the time being, is just for fun. I hesitate to call it a hobby, because that word always brings up images of old men with conductor hats sitting at model train conventions in my mind. I prefer the word "passion".

That other 1% is what I do for serious work. I shoot action shots for some people that I know (like this), and I also shoot Senior portraits. I do that mostly because I am so tired of the generic crap that usually makes it into the school yearbook.

Outside of this website, I am a fairly tech-savvy person, and a hard core band geek (tenor sax FTW!). If you're too cool to be seen with "THAT" crowd, go somewhere else. I'm weird, and proud of it. I've also been a vegetarian all my life. I'm not a vegan, but my hat is off to those who are (I could never give up cheese...)

If you're ever feeling down, just remember to never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
