7/8/25- The bad news: Trump's nasty war against trans people continues unabated. The good news: just splurged and bought my first pair of Louboutin's- glossy black, red soled pumps with a 4" rather than 6" heel- a concession to age.

11/20/24- Trans Day of Remembrance is always a sad occasion but much more so this year with the election of a criminal psychopath as US President. Using trans people as political fodder is a hallmark of his despicable campaign and a sad commentary on so many Americans who bought into his twisted lies. Unfortunately, this anti-trans phenomenon extends to other parts of the world as well. We must continue to stand up for our rights, fight back against oppression and demand fairness and justice. Now is not the time to back down!

12/31/23- Happy New Year to all of my Flickr friends and my best wishes for the coming year. I can't believe I have had over 2 million views of my photos. That is so gratifying and I can't thank you enough for your support and for so many lovely comments. 11/20/23- today is another recognition day for Trans people but this one is a lot more somber- Trans Day of Remembrance. Time to remember and honor trans people whose lives were cut short by violence and a criminal justice system that does not hold the perpetrators of these heinous crimes criminally responsible. It is also a time to recognize the discrimination and prejudice that transgender people face in their everyday lives. Oppose those who would use trans people as political pawns and call them out for their bigoted beliefs but most importantly vote next year against those dangerous individuals who would destroy the constitutional protections that maintain our freedom and liberty.

3/31/23 - celebrating Happy Trans Day of Visibility. With all of the disgraceful and disgusting rhetoric against trans people and the politicians who exploit trans people for political gain, I urge my fellow sisters to fight back. You can do this by supporting pro trans legislators, contributing to organizations like the Human Rights campaign, writing letters to the editors of your newspapers and confronting people who espouse these prejudicial beliefs with the truth. Stand up for our rights!

As a new Flickr user, I did not understand the proper way to respond to compliments on my photostream. Now, I do and I apologize to those people who did not get a personal response from me. I treasure getting your posts. I also treasure a new year where sexual minorities are no longer treated as fodder for political interests. Time to stand up for all of us!

4/6/21 So happy I finally joined Flickr last month and love to see the images of so many T-girls. It's also been gratifying to get so many nice comments on my images as a Trans woman- no longer a girl. Like many of you, my lifestyle has been going on for a very very long time- 40+ years.

I received a number of complimentary Flickr responses - to put it mildly- from people who are not my type so I will not be be clearly rude to you all but please don't respond to me with male nudity, a hairy male body with penis attached or similar images that I don't want or care for. I love the photos of other Tgirls and my attraction is to them. Sorry, male followers.

3/21 Hi from Christine- a trans girl from the Pacific Northwest. First time on Flickr and it's great to see so many other girls posting their photos. I have been X-dressing most of my life. Although in senior status now, I still love to transform into my feminine self several times a week. I am fortunate to be in good health, exercise regularly to keep my 'girly' figure and benefit from my mom's great genes and the occasional botox treatment to appear younger than I am. My photostream and album is a compilation of pictures going back two decades although I also am posting more recent photos as well. With a recently upgraded digital camera, I am ready to record the next phase of Christine.

My wardrobe is still huge and varied despite repeated purges and donations. I love retro and contemporary fashions but like many of you I am also strongly attracted to fetish attire- leather and PVC gloves, boots, corsets and other assorted clothing. Lately, I have been experimenting with drag queen looks, the big hair, exotic makeup, long nails, over the top gowns and big breasts (thanks to Royaner which I discovered last year). Maybe it's a sign of getting older but who knows.

I grew up as a young T-girl in the era of Kim Christy, Christopher Morley and the great videos from Jennifer Jordan. If you enjoy that stuff, check out 30thStreet Graphics on the web. Would love to reminisce about those times with anyone interested.
